Director II, Contract Management
Commercial Management Lead - The commercial management lead will provide oversight on all commercial matters relating to the design, construction and supply, contracts, managing the procurement and budget control functions.

-Degree qualified
-Middle East Experience
The individual should be experienced in procurement under different forms of contract for rail transit projects and be able to implement effective contract administration procedures and develop claims avoidance and mitigation strategies, as well as a sound understanding of insurances and bonds.

1. Accredited 4-year degree/Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Business, Construction Management, or Business Law or equivalent experience required 2. Twenty (+) years of work-related experience within the related field 3. Domestic/international field assignment experience preferred; international project experience preferred.
1. Stay current/updated with Contract Management practices and procedures; remain informed of current developments and potential changes within the Contract Management group 2. Participates in Fluor University for training and career development in accordance with the Contract Management Development Framework (Guideline 000.000.0180) 3. Demonstrate proactive commitment to HSE policies, practices and principles 4. Understand and utilize all Fluor Values and General Attributes; incorporate these competencies into your personal work ethics and your personal career development plan 5. Ability to perform as a Department Manager, Discipline Functional Leader (Contract Functional Specialist only), Excellence Leader (Contract Functional Specialist only) and able to substitute for the Project Manager
PMC Experience, Infrastructure experience, Fluor experience preferred
