Sidra Medical and Research Center is the
most ambitious healthcare project in the Gulf Region today. The project is
funded by a US$7.9 billion endowment from Qatar Foundation, the largest for a
medical and research center anywhere in the world. It represents the vision of
Her Highness Sheikha Moza bint Nasser, Chairperson of Sidra, to provide the
highest standards of patient care, medical education, and biomedical
research in the region.
